This is concrete educational, technical and financial support to young people who are having entrepreneurship skills and who are brave enough to start their own business in these challenging times.

Caritas Bosnia and Herzegovina within the YourJob program supported more than 150 young people in counseling ideas on their entrepreneurship skills. Three boot-camp/incubation trainings for newly startups were organized, two in Banja Luka and one in Mostar, for 70 young people, future entrepreneurs. Out of 70 people, 40 applied for financial support and 25 business ideas were supported with a 2 - 5000 Euro grant.

Young people are innovative and full of ideas. It is stunning to see their power, energy, and their enthusiasm in changing their lives as they change society's understanding about the resource that young people are. Those 25 young entrepreneurs enriched program implementation with their brightness, innovation and courage. Some of the start-up ideas were already started and registered, some young entrepreneurs had a trial period and they asked for support in registering process, and others thus started from scratch. Every day we learn together a lot, as we face together many challenges. No one expected before that opening entrepreneurship is so complex process and there are no equal rules and regulations in the country. Every region has its dynamics and procedures. In this regard, Caritas management offered mentorship to young entrepreneurs as well expert support in the administrative part of the process.

The range of new business is huge: from financial administration, photography, and design to crafting and carpentry, food production to farming and tourism. Everything that was a response to a gap in the local community inspired our young entrepreneurs to start creating some valuable business. It is incredible to see how they linked together, and how YourJob program offered them a platform to communicate and collaborate between themselves, and to start new partnerships.

Some of the young entrepreneurs from BiH had a chance to present themselves at the Regional conference with their presence in a fair section. Another thus are or will be promoted in social networks of YourJob program.
